Step inside the unique Golden Retreat Paradise you'll be greeted by bright & Airy Vibrant living spaces with a PULLOUT-sofa bed/TV & styles dinning table&chairs. Fully equipped kitchen. The 3 well-appointed bedrooms offer PEACEFUL resting and 2 full bathrooms with TUBS. Above & Beyond the GRP offers OASIS backyards, partially WATER-VIEW, PRIVACY POOL, OUTDOOR SHOWER&much more.
Take a dip, lay on the chairs/under A SUNNY Day, or when it chills enjoy the COZY gas FIRE-PIT. It’s totally Your CALL!
The space
As you walk in from the front door, to your right is a sofa-bed living room/ 75” TV and to your left is the dinning room with a table for 6. Nextdoor to that is the kitchen with an island and a good size coffee stand. Then you cannot miss it, there’s the bright & airy living room with another 75” TV. To your left there are two bedrooms( one king and the other one queen ) in between those will be a shared full bathroom with a tub & shower. As you walk further to the end of the hallway, there is a good size laundry room (fully supplies along with iron and table if needed.) Opposite from that( across the living room) there is the grand master room with a kingsize bed and 55” TV also. Along with that as you walk over to the other side, you’ll see a hug fully equipped bathroom with double vanity and a separated tub, shower room, closet and better yet, the Toilet room with its own door for privacy as well, you cannot bet that for sure !!

Here is the HOUSE RULE:
1-No Loud music or noise permitted at the property.
2. No children left unattended anytime especially by the POOL.
3. No eating/drinking in the pool.
4. No running around the pool, no diving in the pool, Swimming at your own risk.
5. Late checkout fee is $300.
6. No parking on grass. $100 for parking violation.
7. Security cameras is set at the front door or over the garage or over carport.
8. No setting on pool pump.
9. No smoking in the house. $300 charge for violation. It’s allowed for smoking outside the house.
10. No pet. $300charge for violation.
11. No party. $1000 charge for violation.
12. No AC setting below 70 degree.
13. No flash anything beside toilet paper in the toilet and violation fee $1000 after plumbing find out.
14. No replace the dirty plates or mugs back in the cabinet.
15. No wets clothes on the bed or furnitures.
